Tomatoes became more expensive
This week, the supply of greenhouse tomatoes on the Ukrainian market decreased again. This is reported by analysts of the EastFruit project, writes agronews.ua.
At the same time, the supply of these products from the foreign market also decreased. This was primarily due to the reduced supply of tomatoes from Turkey due to the earthquake.
Today, tomatoes produced in Turkey are sold in the range of UAH 85-100/kg, which is on average 16% more expensive than a week earlier.
